The pride of Payette, Idaho, former Washington Senators “Bonus Baby” and 1969 American League MVP Harmon Killebrew powered the Minnesota Twins to A.L. West supremacy upon the dawn of division play and eventually etched his name in the record books, as well, eclipsing the 500 Home Run plateau. The Hillerich & Bradsby (31-oz/35”) “S207” signature model bat was brandished by the Twin Cities terror as the aforementioned events came to fruition. Turned during the 1969-1972 labeling period, the uncracked white ash weapon shows moderate use with ball and stitch impressions on the barrel, as well as grain swelling and checking about the hitting surface. The handle is home to light pine-tar residue. Full photo LOA from John Taube, PSA/DNA.
