Description

Famous for his endearing depictions of Brooklyn’s beloved “Bums,” renowned cartoonist Willard Mullin also took to the gridiron to portray All America Football Conference standout Norm Standlee. Framed to 17-1/4 x 26-5/8”, this original Mullin piece portrays Standlee in action, stiff arm at the ready, with likenesses of former backfield greats Bronco (sic) Nagurski and Ernie Nevers accenting the piece. Complete with captions and Mullin’s patented shading styles, this souvenir is absolutely gorgeous!
