Babe Ruth Game-Used Bat Piece: framed to 18-1/8 x 16-1/8”, a diamond-shaped piece of white ash was taken from a Hillerich & Bradsby signature model bat used by Ruth during the 1916-1920 labeling period. Accenting the display is a sepia-toned photo of Ruth in his Yankees road uniform. The bat from which this souvenir hails was acquired by the Highland Mint on August 10, 2001 and there is accompanying documentation stating such.
Lou Gehrig Game-Used Bat Piece: framed to 13-1/8 x 16-1/8”, a small slice (approximately 1-1/2”) of white ash was culled from a Hillerich & Bradsby “F45” signature model bat used by Gehrig during the 1932 season. Images of the bat on the accompanying LOA match Gehrig examples from the barrel stampings right down to the Hornsby-style knob. Accenting the display is a black-and0white photograph of Gehrig in his Yankee pinstripes.
Roger Maris Photograph: framed to 13-1/8 x 16-1/8”, a 7-3/8 x 9-1/8” (visible image area) black-and-white photograph portrays Maris watching the flight of his 61st home run on October 1, 1961.
